Myroslav Lavrinok

Since 2012, Myroslav Lavrinok has been working as the First Deputy Director of the Coordination Centre for Legal Aid Provision, a state institution responsible for establishment of national-wide legal aid system in Ukraine. He is in charge of the development and implementation of relevant legislation, access to legal aid and its quality.During 2002-2012 he worked on different posts (gradually rising from a leading specialist to a head of a unit/deputy department head) at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, being in charge of constitutional and administrative legislation development and expertise. In particular, he was responsible for drafting new laws regulating the civil service, activities of the Government, ministries and other executive bodies, administrative services provision, etc. He holds a degree in law from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (Kyiv, 2002).
